Terms of Service:

  • Unless otherwise negotiated, I have permission to post completed commissioned artwork on my art accounts on all current and future platforms (Bluesky, Twitter, Reddit, Furaffinity, Telegram Channel)

  • I have permission to reference completed artwork as future examples of finished commissions.

  • Work will not be started on a commission until either an invoice is sent and confirmed, with half payed upfront (Paypal) OR payment is provided upfront (Venmo)

  • I reserve the right to refuse accepting any commission for any reason.

  • If you are purchasing an NSFW commission, you must be 18 years of age or older.

Selection:

If you are selected for a commission, I will reach out to you via the given contact information you provide (Telegram is preferred! But email works completely fine as well).

If I do not hear from you within a week, I will likely prioritize a different commissioner in my commission queue, so please try to respond in a timely manner so I can complete your commission in the quickest way possible!

Payment:

I accept payment through PayPal and Venmo. I will send you an invoice through PayPal, and you will have 48 hours to pay the invoice. If you do not pay within 48 hours, I will assume you are no longer interested in the commission and you will not be added to my commission queue.

Timeline:

  1. You fill out a commission form. I will reach out to you if you are selected for a commission within 24 hours.

  2. If your commission is accepted, you will have 48 hours to pay half the total commission cost OR the full commission cost upfront through PayPal, or Venmo.

  3. Upon receiving either half or full upfront payment, I will add you to my public Trello Queue. I keep a lean queue size and work in commission batches, so upon receiving payment, work on your commission will be started within 24 hours.

  4. Within 48 hours, you'll receive a loose sketch of your commission. You may request any changes/revisions here. If changes are requested, I’ll respond back within 48 hours with the updated sketch of your requested changes applied. You have 3 total revision requests you may use at this stage, and PLEASE use them if you have any qualms or concerns. It is VERY DIFFICULT to make large changes later in the commission process, and I will refuse to do so past the sketch page if it is too time consuming.

  5. Upon approval from you, I receive the rest of the payment (if you didn’t pay in full up-front). I will not continue work on your commission until the rest of the payment is sent!

  6. Upon receiving the rest of the payment and sketch approval, I will ink the sketch and send to you when completed for another round of approval within 48 hours. Changes may be requested, but they must be very minor changes, as at this point in the process most compositional components of the art piece are set in stone.

  7. I will render the inked sketch. This is the longest part of the commission phase, and depending on complexity + number of characters, can take anywhere from 48 hours to 1 week. If it takes longer than 48 hours, I will send you an update on the progress every 48 hours.

  8. Your commission is complete! If it is a digital commission, I will send you a high resolution file of the completed work. If it is a traditional commission, I will ship your completed work to the address you provided upon filling out the commission form. Before shipping I will message you again to confirm that the shipping address provided is still correct.
